Carmel Cottage

The owners, Rosemary and Robert Elliott, both artists, have tastefully furnished the cottage with an eye for design and function. The fully equipped modern kitchen and shower room were recently installed with new appliances to provide guests with additional comfort throughout their stay at Carmel Cottage. The night storage heaters are programmed to adjust charge and output according to the weather conditions in the winter months.

There is also a library of books and DVDs, including satellite TV in the lounge and a portable TV/DVD player in the double bedroom.

During the low season between  30th September and 24 March there is a 20% discount for two-person occupancy for 7 nights, making an affordable holiday in this popular Suffolk village that welcomes visitors throughout the year.

Mid Suffolk has won the accolade of being the second best place to live in the country in a quality of life survey published by the Halifax  in 2008
